More Education

by Sean

Oops… almost a week into a new month, and no report card. And of course, forgot to do a Quicken backup to my shared folder, so it’ll just have to wait until I get access to that info.

No, I didn’t go on a spending bender with the new credit card (though I did shift quite a bit over to it).

Instead, I went and signed up for a couple classes. I try to take at least a class or two every year above and beyond my continuing education requirements. Education is never a bad investment IMO – especially when my workplace will pay for just about any education related expenses, even if the classes I’m taking are essentially unrelated to my job. For the summer, a couple quickie 10 week classes are in order: Real Estate Law & Statistics. I just started them on the 1st; should keep my mind at least mildly busy as work gets back to a more slow-n-steady pace rather than the frantic rushing of the last few months.

Anyway, rambling a bit, slow morning & too much coffee! :)

Keep us posted on how that RE Law course goes, I’m curious what they talk about. I’m also taking a Stats class… it’s so dry and boring.
