		<description>I hear you.  Part of the reason I moved over to Emmigrant Direct from ING was because ING&#039;s login process had gotten so goofy.  First you had to either click on or type in letters representing numbers from a keypad, and then they combined that with some weird picture/phase recognition thing (which wasn&#039;t too bad and I guess it would prevent some phishing).  I&#039;m sure Emmigrant will be making some change here soon as well.</description>
