Part of the reason I moved over to Emmigrant Direct from ING was because ING's login process had gotten so goofy. First you had to either click on or type in letters representing numbers from a keypad, and then they combined that with some weird picture/phase recognition thing (which wasn't too bad and I guess it would prevent some phishing).
