		<description>Yeah, I was truly amazed at the number of companies interested in doing business with us almost immediately after we closed on our home. I was pretty annoyed with it for quite a while. 

That is, until I made a game of it: I&#039;d collect the offers and, when I was bored, open up a few, remove any personally identifiable information, stuff their competition&#039;s marketing material into any prepaid postage envelopes they sent along (and there always is a prepaid envelope), and drop it in the mail the next morning... :) I can&#039;t say whether this game had anything to do with it, but I get very little refinancing / homeowner insurance / etc. junk mail anymore.</description>
