Like I stated before, I’ve decided to ignore all the stable info, simplify, and just track the state of our debts, at least until some serious damage is done to that total. So, how much progress did we make this month?
| Mar 31’07 | May 2’07 | Change | EVERYTHING We Owe |
| Credit Card Debts | |||
| Chase | $19,973.61 | $19,319.16 | ($654.45) |
| Other Debts | |||
| Home Mortgage | 39,323.59 | 39,270.89 | (52.70) |
| Low Energy Loan | 16,353.31 | 16,236.76 | (116.55) |
| Line of Credit | 30,644.57 | 32,144.19 | 1,499.62 |
| TOTAL Liabilities | $106,295.08 | $106,971.00 | $675.92 |
As you can see, some lost ground!
Actually, that’s not really true at all. A few more straggler bills came in (and two more are still sitting out there that will come in who knows when), adding to the actual debt somewhere in the neighborhood of $2,500. That only $675 got tacked on to the overall bottom line means we made over $1,800 of actual progress.
Not too bad for coasting through most of the month buried under a mountain of ten-key tape! Who knows what kind of progress we can make now that I have a little brain power available to focus…
