What are the consequences of defaulting on an unsecured business line of credit that I personally guaranteed?
The LLC and I are both in New Jersey. I know a judgment is eventually put on my credit, but what does that allow the bank/creditor to “do” to me personally?

What I don’t get is this – the mortgage industry is highly regulated, the financial services (securities, insurance) are highly regulated, yet the credit card industry is allowed to get away with pretty much anything they want. Most banks these days push their credit card services the most since it represents their most profitable income source. There is no limit to what fees these companies can dream up.

Chase sucks I personally use and advocate all other people with chase to use citibank dividend platinum plus. Its got tons of rewards and features that are really useful. I get tons of reward points each month that i use for gas and other cool stuff. david´s last post:Chase Platinum Credit Card

No, I cannot accept the terms & Conditions of credit card companies. I really hate these companies. They are earning big profit and we lose a lot. I suggest you to keep away from these companies.
